We’re Hiring: Technology Manager (Aloha POS Expert)Are you an expert with Aloha POS technology who loves solving technical challenges, leading teams, and directly impacting the success of hospitality businesses? At Hospitality Control Solutions, we empower restaurants to elevate their brand, understand their guests, and boost profitability through an advanced technology suite spanning POS, guest engagement, operations, and human capital management. We’re looking for a driven Technology Manager to step in, and deliver exceptional support to our team and clients.

Location: Nashville, TN (On-site, with eventual travel across NC, SC, and MS)

Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do: Solve complex technical issues and configuration challenges related to the Aloha POS system. Set up, configure, install, and provide ongoing operational support for client environments. Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on payment technologies integrated with Aloha. Lead and mentor technical team members while fostering strong collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders. Manage customer expectations and prioritize projects with strong time management skills.

What We’re Looking For: Proven Aloha Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, installing, and managing Aloha POS systems end-to-end. Payments Domain Knowledge: Solid background in payment technology integration, specifically within the Aloha ecosystem. Leadership & Communication: Natural ability to mentor colleagues, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage client relationships. Education & Practical Experience: Associate degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in the field. Location & Mobility: Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN, with flexibility for future regional travel (NC, SC, MS).

Bonus Points: Background in broader restaurant/hospitality tech stack operations. Practical understanding of payment data security and compliance standards (PCI-DSS).
