Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the marketing performance strategy across key channels, including paid acquisition (search, social, display), SEO/GEO, websites, and lead nurturing & lifecycle managementLeverage AI to improve channel efficiency, targeting accuracy, and campaign performance at scaleOwn the performance roadmap, balancing short-term results with long-term growthIdentify and scale high-impact tactics for different segments (e.g. SME lead generation campaigns, ABM)Drive a test‐and‐learn culture through structured experimentation frameworksLead the Marketing Intelligence team, covering performance reporting, dashboards, benchmarking (internal and external), and customer and market insightsEnsure insights are actionable, timely, and embedded in decision‐makingDefine and evolve a single source of truth for marketing performance dataTranslate complex data into clear recommendations and strategic directionDrive a culture of measurement, accountability, and continuous optimizationDefine KPIs, attribution models, and performance metricsEnsure alignment between marketing performance and business outcomesPartner with teams such as Sales & Products to enable end‐to‐end funnel visibilityLead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers and data analystsAct as a trusted advisor to senior marketing leadership and local teamsInfluence decision‐making at the executive level through data and insightsRequirements7+ years in marketing intelligence or performance marketingProven experience leading high‐performing marketing and/or analytics teamsStrong track record in scaling performance across multiple markets and segmentsExperience with B2B marketing and complex buyer journeys is highly preferredStrong experience working in cross‐functional environments, aligning teams through effective communication and stakeholder engagementEntrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and experimentation
