About the role
To enhance customer and partner experiences, the full-time remote Provider Servicing Representative will manage a dynamic portfolio of cases, assess complex situations, and drive performance results through effective negotiation and collaboration with law firms.
Key responsibilities
Maximize positive customer outcomes while achieving financial performance targets
Promote high rates of customer and partner satisfaction, ensuring significant value from engagements
Deliver targeted performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
Required qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in an office or contact center environment
Experience in Healthcare, Legal, Insurance, or Financial Services, preferably in personal injury
Ability to integrate technology and data-driven decision-making into negotiation processes
Self-motivated with a strong desire to build relationships and exceed goals
