Project and Contract SpecialistHybrid in San Antonio; 3/2 ModelOverview: This position will provide administrative support and is responsible for maintaining project details for billing in the Finance department. Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects simultaneously from project set up to project closeWork closely with stakeholders to track any project updates to ensure project is tracking on timeMaintain project management methods, standards and proceduresEnsure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is accurate for each projectCommunicate with Admins and Project Managers effectively to obtain necessary information regarding projectsAbility to update advance billing terms as neededAbility to run basic reports to pull pertinent project informationInteract with admins to resolve basic project setup issuesInactivate or reactivate projects according to department proceduresProactively quires data to ensure accuracyAbility to process split proposalsAbility to process revised ASR’s and ProposalsDemonstrates critical thinking skills and applies it to the problem-solving process Qualifications:2+ years related experienceBasic knowledge of Projects and their structureStrong knowledge of contracts, billing rates/hour, terms and agreementsAbility to effectively manage high volumes of work with quick deadlines and changing priorities on a consistent basisKnowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint software is a plus but not required#INMAR2026 Click here to apply online
