JOB SUMMARY: Caliber Collisionhas an immediate job opening for an Office Administratorto perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to assisting with providing the front office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and provide a world class customer experience to all customers by ensuring center's consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure's through ongoing training and monitoring. OUR OFFICE ADMINSTRATOR FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:$21-$23 per hour!

REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred) Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGEEffective verbal and written communication skills Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers Caliber is an Equal Opportunity Employer Caliber uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.
