Quality Control & Property Standards * Property Inspections: Conduct rigorous pre-arrival audits and random spot checks ensuring properties meet brand cleanliness guidelines. * Damage & Maintenance Triage: Identify, document, and report guest-caused damages, missing items, or maintenance issues (HVAC, plumbing, pool/spa) immediately upon property entry. * Deep Cleans & Off-Season Upkeep: Plan and execute bi-annual deep cleans, carpet extractions, and owner-offseason maintenance schedules. Administration & Systems * Software Management: Utilize property management and turnover software (e.g., Breezeway) to assign tasks, monitor field progress in real time, and track property readiness. * Cost & Budget Control: Manage piece-rate cleaner pay, supply expenses, and linen loss metrics to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements: *
Experience:
3+ years in property management, hotel housekeeping management, or vacation rental operations (coastal/seasonal market experience strongly preferred). * Leadership: Proven track record of managing and retaining vendor networks or independent cleaning teams. * Flexibility & Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts throughout peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile operations software, smart locks, and smartphone communication tools. * Mobility: Valid Driver’s License with a reliable, clean vehicle capable of hauling supplies or emergency linens between properties. * Problem Solver: Calm under pressure with a proven ability to handle same-day operational bottlenecks and unexpected crew call-outs.
Benefits & Perks:
* Competitive base salary + peak season performance incentive bonus * Paid time off (PTO) with off-season flexibility * Mileage/vehicle reimbursement program * Opportunities for career advancement within property management operations
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
