Role Description: The Construction Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Gilbert, AZ. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing construction and DAS project data, including budgets, timelines, materials, labor, and performance metrics. The Construction Data Analyst prepares reports and dashboards to support project managers, engineers, and leadership in monitoring progress, identifying risks, and improving processes. Daily tasks include building data models, validating data accuracy, supporting forecasting and resource planning, and collaborating with field and office teams to ensure data reflects actual project conditions. The individual in this role will also assist in developing standardized metrics and documentation that help drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Statistics capabilities to interpret complex project and performance data. Candidates should possess Data Analytics skills to extract, transform, and visualize data for decision-making and reporting. Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and maintain structured data sets and forecasting models. Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and business intelligence or data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial. Experience working with construction, DAS, telecom, or low-voltage project data is an advantage. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is required. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
