Junior Administrative Assistant Dallas, TX – in office Must reside within a commutable distance.$22/hr. + OTWe're seeking a highly organized Junior Administrative Assistant to support multiple advisor teams within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role focuses on administrative coordination and operational support that helps financial professionals manage documentation, internal processes, and time-sensitive workflows.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Prepare, review, and edit confidential correspondence and internal documents
  • Scan, organize, and maintain records across multiple internal systems
  • Assist with travel expense reporting and internal billing allocations
  • Support time-sensitive financial documentation and transaction processing
  • Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple teams and professionals
  • Assist with operational projects and workflow management as needed
  • What You BringPrior executive assistant, administrative assistant, or operations support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
