Receptionist (Temporary) - Asset Management Midtown East Early October through late November
Hourly rate:
$37/hTiger is partnering with a private asset management firm in Midtown East. The team needs temporary front desk and office coordination coverage from early October through late November.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Prepare the office for the day, including restocking kitchen supplies and snacks (twice daily)Review the day’s guest list and ensure conference rooms and the boardroom are booked and set up appropriately Register guests and visitors with building security as requested by staff Welcome guests and escort them to their reserved meeting rooms Liaise with building management regarding office issues, including maintenance and temperature concerns Answer and direct incoming calls as needed Manage incoming and outgoing packages Receive, sort, and distribute mail Support with ad hoc tasks as required Assist with light calendar management
