Job Description: Our Care Coordinator works closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director to plan resident care. You will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include overseeing health care administration and staff management, as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.

Responsibilities: Hire, train, lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care Create schedules and approve timecards

Qualifications: Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years Scheduling experience strongly preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.   If you are the right candidate, then we definitely want to hear from you!
