About the role
Roblox Corporation seeks an Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team building data systems that turn raw signals into trustworthy, privacy-safe, actionable data across core data infrastructure, identity, measurement, audience targeting, and ML features. You will set a multi-quarter technical roadmap, hire and mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, data science, privacy/legal, and Ads teams to align engineering work with business goals while ensuring reliability and scale.
