About the role
Assistwith general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
Helpmaintainthe landscaping by mowing, trimming, and watering plants
Perform routine inspections of the facility toidentifyany maintenance needs
Assistwith setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors
Court Maintenance including Blowing Off Debris from Tennis Courts
Picking up Trash around the Grounds
Identifyand report to supervisor when supplies are needed
Performs other duties asrequired, basic knowledge of power tool use. Regular and Reliable Attendance
Requirements:
Previousexperience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
