Job Description: We are looking for dependable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining organized inventory, and ensuring products move efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is safety-conscious, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork.
Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing documents. Safely unload, move, stage, and store materials and products. Prepare, package, label, and ship customer orders and other outgoing materials. Verify quantities, product information, shipping documentation, and delivery information for accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, when authorized and trained. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory. Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and report discrepancies promptly. Keep shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe. Work effectively with team members and supervisors. Report any quality issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions. Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required. Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
