The successful candidate will be responsible for all downstream marketing and commercialization strategies, ensuring the continued high growth of the company in the cardiovascular Med Tech space. This role involves leading product marketing, product launches, brand strategy, marketing operations, and product development portfolio and strategy. The VP, Marketing will also be accountable for communications and PR, providing critical input into evidence strategy, and ensuring the performance and development of multiple teams. A key aspect of the role is to monitor market trends, including competition, procedural/market growth, reimbursement, and emerging technologies. Applicants for the VP, Marketing position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a leadership role within a medical device environment, with a strong preference for those with experience in the vascular space and with balloon catheter platforms. A BA is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is highly desired. The role demands a deep understanding of business finances, strategic planning, marketing, sales, product development, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
