About the role

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to support field sales teams, customers, and dealers by coordinating technical, commercial, and logistical requirements. The role involves analyzing customer needs, supporting business opportunities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and other sales-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with Field Sales Managers to support continued business growth and meet customer requirements. Analyze customer requirements and ensure products, support, and delivery timelines align with customer needs. Serve as a point of contact for Sales, Dealers, and Customers regarding technical and logistical support. Prepare quotations, RFQ/RFP responses, proformas, and other documentation for future business opportunities. Assist with large and complex proposals by coordinating information and inputs from various internal teams. Work closely with Business & Proposal, Integrated Logistics Support, Systems Engineering, Program Management, Sales Finance, Contracts, and Product Management teams. Support the development of cost estimates and work breakdown structures. Prepare cost and price review materials and contribute to proposal content. Assist Sales Managers with analysis and presentation of sales forecasts, order status, issues, progress, equipment details, and future opportunities. Maintain and manage the prospect and opportunity database. Identify and address changes within the assigned business area. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures. Support the achievement of operational targets and contribute to overall departmental results.
Qualifications & Skills: Intermediate-level professional with practical knowledge of the relevant job area. Experience in sales operations, business development, proposal management, commercial operations, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under moderate supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with customer requirements, quotations, proposals, and cost information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business/CRM systems.
