About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Performance & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive growth across both customer acquisition and retention. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and scaling of paid media programs while also building and optimizing email and CRM journeys that increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and repeat purchases. This position blends rigorous experimentation, technical integrations, and data storytelling. You will connect strategy with hands-on execution across channels, ensure data accuracy through strong signal and tracking management, and deliver clear insights that drive improved return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion, and sustainable revenue growth. Scope of WorkPaid Media & GrowthFull-funnel management: Oversee daily performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, and affiliate or partner channels. Budget ownership: Partner with marketing leadership to allocate and optimize monthly budgets based on performance trends and business priorities. Signal & tracking management: Ensure the technical health of tracking infrastructure, including pixels, conversion APIs, and tag management systems, so platforms receive high-quality, reliable data. Performance reporting: Maintain and evolve dashboards that provide visibility into ROAS and key performance indicators for leadership. Insight generation: Move beyond surface-level reporting to identify root causes, trends, and actionable recommendations. Testing & experimentation: Lead a structured A/B testing roadmap across bidding strategies, audiences, creative, and landing pages. Platform & partner management: Manage relationships with media platforms and partners, stay current on new features, and translate recommendations into execution. Lifecycle, Email & CRMEnd-to-end campaign execution: Design, build, and deploy high-performing email programs including promotional, transactional, and customer communications. Retention & loyalty: Develop re-engagement, win-back, and loyalty initiatives that drive repeat purchases and higher CLV.Platform administration: Own the day-to-day health of email and CRM platforms, including deliverability, sender reputation, and audience accuracy. Technical troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to automation triggers, data syncing, and attribution. Journey orchestration: Build and optimize automated customer journeys such as onboarding, post-purchase follow-ups, and reactivation flows. Personalization & optimization: Continuously review journeys to remove friction and create more relevant, personalized experiences. Revenue & performance analysis: Track and report on engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics, providing insights to scale successful initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications: Hands-on experience managing paid media across major search and social platforms, with demonstrated ownership of ROAS and channel growth. Strong experience building and maintaining performance dashboards and reporting frameworks. Familiarity with tracking infrastructure, data feeds, APIs, and conversion measurement. Experience with affiliate or partner marketing programs. Experience working with enterprise-level email service providers and CRM platforms. Proven ability to own email and lifecycle marketing as a growth channel, including reporting and optimization. Approximately 2–3 years of hands-on paid media experience and 2–3 years of lifecycle or email marketing experience. Comfort collaborating with analytics and engineering partners to improve integrations, segmentation, and attribution.
