We work with clients across Florida on strategic real estate decisions. We're hiring a part-time outreach specialist to support our business development efforts. You'll be making outbound calls, engaging prospects in meaningful conversation, and booking initial consultations.
What You'll Do: Make outbound calls from a provided contact list and introduce our services Engage prospects in genuine conversation β€” not a scripted pitch Book short initial consultations with our team Log calls, take notes, and follow up when you say you will Who This Is For You have real experience with outbound phone sales β€” cold calling, appointment setting, or similar You're a strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and adjust your approach mid-call You communicate clearly and confidently on the phone, and sound like a real person, not a script-reader You're self-directed and don't need daily hand-holding You handle rejection professionally and move on Compensation Hourly base + bonus per qualified appointment booked.
