Job Description: Machine Operator - Entry Level

Use basic gauges and measuring tools to conduct quality inspections on finished parts to ensure factory standards. Load raw materials into production equipment and stage completed products for packaging and shipping. Monitor machine operations closely, quickly flagging mechanical or production issues to shift supervisors. Maintain clear, accurate production and quality control logs throughout each work shift. Keep your work cell organized, clean, and compliant with all workplace safety regulations. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or mechanical trade environments is welcome, but entry-level candidates eager to learn are strongly encouraged to apply. Basic mechanical aptitude, strong hand-eye coordination, and a solid focus on work quality. Dependable transportation, strong punctuality, and an excellent attendance track record. Ability to work comfortably in an active industrial plant environment. Physical Demands Ability to stand and move comfortably for up to 3 hours at a time.
