Leasing Agent Location: Los Angeles (Mid-Wilshire area) Schedule: fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Duration: temp-to-hire Salary: $25-$30/hr (eligible for commissions per unit rented) Job Description: We are looking for a Leasing Agent who will be responsible for advertising available properties, guiding prospective tenants through tours, verifying qualifications, and processing lease agreements to maximize property occupancy across a portfolio. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement marketing plans, including advertisement, curb appeal, signage, banners, and models.Create and edit real estate marketing materials including offering memorandums, property brochures, email campaigns in Adobe InDesignCollaborate with Marketing and Research Department to prepare customized marketing material and market dataAdobe InDesign experience highly preferredExperience with properties of 100-300 unitsAssociates or Bachelors degree preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
