About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of hair coloring services including highlights, balayage, color corrections, and toning
- Provide precision haircuts, blowouts, and styling services to a diverse clientele
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess hair health and desired results
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current color trends, techniques, and products
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-upKeep workstation and tools clean, sanitized, and organized per salon standards
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, professional salon atmosphere
Requirements:
- Valid Arizona Cosmetology License required
- Proven experience in hair coloring, color correction, and styling techniques
- Proficiency in balayage, highlights, and modern coloring methods strongly preferred
- Strong communication and client consultation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle a steady flow of appointments
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for the beauty industry
- Portfolio of color work preferred 3+ years experience with strong technical skills and advanced color/corrective expertise
