The successful candidate will be a dynamic and forward-thinking executive responsible for leading the organization's strategic vision, growth, and operational excellence. This role demands a tech-first, strategic leader who can drive innovation across technology solutions, particularly in the areas of data analytics, AI implementation, technology consulting, and talent solutions. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to set strategic direction, guide long-term growth, and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture. Strengthening partnerships, scaling the organization, and delivering measurable value to stakeholders within the financial services sector are also key responsibilities. The ideal CEO will have over 10 years' of executive leadership experience, a strong technology background, and a proven track record of leading through change while balancing innovation with disciplined execution. While experience in financial services is valued, it is not required. However, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly understand and navigate regulated environments. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
