Sales Specialist As a Sales Specialist, you will work independently within an assigned territory to promote Verizon wireless and internet solutions to residents through apartment communities and multi-family properties. You will build relationships with property managers and leasing teams, host on-site events, and drive customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, and comfortable working in the field. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are essential. In this role, you will generate new customer acquisitions, strengthen property partnerships, execute community events, and achieve sales goals through effective territory management and resident outreach. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with property managers, achieving weekly and monthly sales goals, scheduling events, pre-promoting events and offers, establishing clear communication between clients and prospects, and performing administrative duties such as event recapping, finance management, and product inventory. Ideal candidates will possess prior sales experience in related fields such as outside sales, business to business, retail, brand ambassador or telecom. They will also possess a strong work ethic, solid organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, and reliable form of transportation. Full time availability (may include some nights/weekends) is required, and bilingual is a plus.
