Must be Director Qualified per the State of Illinois DCFS Licensing standards.

As a Closing Director at The Learning Experience, You Will: Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people. Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment. Apply Now If You: Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required). Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred). Minimum of an Associate's degree with 21 credits in ECE/CDEV (required) Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
