- Set up and track tests on landing pages, offers and ad creative
- Build affiliate and creator tracking links, codes and reports
- Pull weekly numbers on traffic, conversion, AOV and ROASHelp launch new products with test budgets and quick readouts
- Find small fixes on our Shopify stores that lift conversion

- A steady flow of tests with clean results
- Affiliate and creator sales tracked accurately every week
- A dashboard the team checks every MondayAt least a few wins you can point to with real numbers
- You might be a fit if you
- Have 1 to 3 years in marketing, analytics or ecommerce (or a strong internship)
- Are great with spreadsheets and comfortable with data
- Are curious, fast and detail oriented
- Want to learn Meta ads, affiliates and conversion from people who do it daily
