About the role

The Christian and Missionary Alliance is seeking an Equipping Director for the Eastern PA District. You will lead efforts to equip workers, develop onboarding pathways, and foster partnerships between churches, international workers, and mission fields. Oversight of credentialing and leadership development initiatives will be central to the role. The role emphasizes gospel-centered leadership, collaboration with the district team, and the implementation of development dashboards and PEAK tools
