About the role

Driving the adoption and business impact of AI across the enterprise, the full-time Senior Director of AI Transformation will manage cross-functional initiatives, establish AI governance, and connect business priorities with emerging AI capabilities in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities across various business functions based on value and feasibility Establish and evolve the AI Center of Excellence, creating frameworks and best practices for responsible AI adoption Lead cross-functional AI transformation initiatives, tracking metrics to measure adoption and business impact Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or related fields with a focus on AI Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, and automation with practical business applications Experience in evaluating and executing technology or AI use cases based on business value Proficient in developing executive-level presentations and business cases Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
