About the role

Gallagher is seeking an AI Training Manager to accelerate AI adoption across a global organization. You will develop and deploy a comprehensive AI training curriculum to upskill employees for confident, responsible use of AI-powered tools in daily workflows. This individual contributor role combines curriculum strategy, learning delivery, stakeholder management, and program management to design role-based paths for sales, claims, operations, and leadership teams.
