Sr. SAP S/4 - SAP FICO with SCM & PMMO- functional Consultant - 100% RemoteWe are seeking an experienced Principal level SAP FICO Functional Consultant to support a critical SAP finance initiative within a highly regulated DOD/A & D environment. This role will partner with finance and IT teams to deliver configuration, enhancements, specializing in SCM & PMMO implementation and support across core financial processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP FICO configuration, enhancement, and support activitiesWork directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate financial requirementsConfigure and support: General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Cost Center Accounting (CCA)Profit Center Accounting (PCA)Support financial close processes (month-end/year-end)Develop functional specs and collaborate with ABAP teams on RICEFW objectsEnsure integration with PMMO, PP, MM, SD, and other SAP modulesParticipate in testing, data validation, and user supportTroubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutionRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experienceStrong configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, and Asset AccountingExperience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA FinanceAt least 3-4 full lifecycle SAP implementationsStrong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processesProven ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teamsCompliance & Eligibility Requirements (Critical)U.S. Citizenship requiredExperience working in ITAR-controlled environmentsAbility to comply with export control regulations(Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered)Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrationsExposure to defense, aerospace, or regulated industriesExperience with financial reporting tools (Fiori, SAC, BW)Background supporting audit or compliance-driven environmentsSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagementAbility to lead requirements sessions and workshopsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsAble to operate independently in fast-paced environmentsRequirements
