About the role
Social Worker Position Cottage Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to support patients through comprehensive psychosocial care. In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that support overall well-being.
