You'll lead the Client Service team, partner closely with advisors and firm leadership, and help build the operational infrastructure needed for continued growth. You'll have ownership over client service, onboarding, workflows, technology, and process improvement, with the opportunity to introduce greater automation and efficiency across the firm. Responsibilities:
