Job Description Overview *** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Manager to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location. Essential Job Duties Receive and record all OM&R work requests. Experience in managing day-to-day operations and updates to the CMMS. Understand how to execute a preventative maintenance program. Maintain prioritized scheduled for OM&R and preventative maintenance programs. Experience in initiating and managing \"best practices\" and process improvements\\measure work performance against established goals and standards. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Active in scope Secret clearance. High school diploma, vocational school or trade school diploma. Five (5) years of work experience in a leadership role. Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). Must be familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Aptitude to grasp work management systems and reporting using applicable applications related to the work. Additional Information Work Environment Must reside at an overseas location. Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions. Wear of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.
