About the role
- The candidate will lead discovery of biologics against targets relevant to St Jude pediatric population using a combination of the following
- Display methods (phage, yeast, mammalian), build high-diversity libraries from synthetic and animal repertoires for lead discovery and affinity maturation. Previous experience in integrating ML-based approaches with display methods would be preferred.
- Repertoire analysis and B-cell screening methods from immunized or synthetic repertoires.
- Skilled in B-cell technologies, 10x Genomics for sequence discovery.
- Experience with merging cryo-EM techniques with epitope analysis of antibody repertoires
- Experience with lab automation to drive antibody discovery.
- Experience with antibody-related bioinformatic/software packages.
- Expertise in high-throughput molecular biology approaches for construct and library generation.
- Experience with mAb characterization techniques (FACS, BLI, epitope binning).Minimum Education and/or Training: Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific area is required.
