About the role

Role Overview: Apply management consulting expertise to help evaluate and improve AI systems on complex business problems. This is a remote contractor role focused on structured problem solving, business analysis, and clear written communication.

Responsibilities: Evaluate AI model responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems. Write high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback. Apply structured frameworks to assess reasoning quality and identify gaps. Work with the project team as guidelines evolve.

Preferred Qualifications: At least one year of experience at a top consulting firm, including McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, LEK, Oliver Wyman, or a similar firm, with at least part of that experience within the past 7 years. Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university. Based in an English-speaking country with excellent written English. Skills in business strategy, problem solving, business analysis, market research, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and business writing. Work Terms Remote contractor engagement.

Pay: $245–$280 per hour.
