About the role
Quest Defense seeks a Senior Hardware Engineer / Technical Lead to drive RF and avionics hardware development for TCAS, transponder, and airborne surveillance systems in Phoenix, AZ. This on-site role leads cross‑functional teams through design, verification, and production transitions. The ideal candidate will have 5–15 years in airborne avionics hardware, hands-on RF/digital/mixed-signal experience, and strong leadership with DO-254/DO-160 know-how.
