About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to support the daily coordination and administration of instructor-led training programs within a corporate learning environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple schedules, systems, and stakeholder requests.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, classrooms, materials, and other logistics for instructor-led training. Partner with facilitators, employees, internal departments, and vendors to support successful training delivery. Administer training activities within a Learning Management System, including class scheduling, rosters, completions, and employee account support. Maintain shared mailboxes, training calendars, room reservations, and administrative records. Coordinate classroom setup and submit facilities-related requests. Order training and office supplies. Review and process invoices, purchase orders, or related transactions. Resolve scheduling, logistical, and administrative issues. Assist with special projects and other learning initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.At least five years of relevant administrative, operations, or training-coordination experience. Strong organizational, customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Power Point. Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Experience:
Coordinating training programs, meetings, or corporate events. Working with an LMS, preferably SAP Success Factors. Managing shared mailboxes, calendars, room reservations, and schedules. Processing invoices, purchase orders, or chargebacks.
