Responsibilities: Lead and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Integrate tax planning into comprehensive wealth management strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on proactive tax strategies. Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities. Review and facilitate tax projections and provide feedback to staff. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm standards. Mentor junior staff and support training initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA license required. 15 years of tax experience with high-net-worth clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tax software. Skills and CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage high-volume workflow and meet deadlines. High level of integrity and discretion.

Salary range: $160,000-$190,000.
