About the role
- Passed weld test either through pre-employment test or through internal weld program
- Ability to start and run a welder
- Ability effectively performs job tasks within one station with little to no quality defects or guidance
- Willingness to learn to change your own wire
- High School Diploma or GED6 months of applicable position experience
- Understanding of quality defects within weld on products.
- Ability to read and use measuring devices.
