About the role

Brand Partnerships Associate Wolf & Badger is the leading global platform for independent, ethical and design-led brands across fashion, beauty, home and lifestyle. With flagship stores in London, New York City and Los Angeles, and our rapidly growing online marketplace at wolfandbadger.com, we are redefining retail by empowering creators and connecting them with conscious consumers. As we scale our community of independent brands worldwide, we are expanding our Brand Partnerships team to bring on and support the next generation of purpose-driven brands.
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and organized Brand Partnerships Associate to support the growth of our brand community across North America. This is a varied role sitting across Brand Acquisition and Brand Success with a strong focus on supporting pipeline growth, prospecting and outreach while also managing relationships with existing brand partners. This is a hybrid sales and account management role based in SoHo, NY, with responsibility across the brand membership lifecycle from prospecting, qualifying and onboarding new brands through to driving the ongoing success of a portfolio of independent brands on Wolf & Badger. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a growth mindset, strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for independent, ethical brands. You should be commercially minded, confident speaking with brands and equally comfortable with the hands-on administrative work required to manage a high-volume pipeline effectively. You should also be AI-savvy with an interest in using technology to improve prospecting, outreach, research and day-to-day workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Growth: Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels. Qualify leads in line with Wolf & Badger values and commercial criteria. Research and identify new brands and use AI tools to support prospecting, research and outreach at scale. Acquiring Brands: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls. Lead and assist the team on B2B sales calls with prospective brands and confidently pitch the Wolf & Badger proposition. Guide brands through the full sales journey from initial conversation to sign-up and onboarding. Manage brand communications and follow-ups. Own the day-to-day use of HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline status, contact records and task reminders. Outreach Strategy: Develop creative outreach strategies to identify and engage new brands. Use AI and other tools to test new approaches, improve efficiency and support consistent pipeline growth. Portfolio Management: Oversee the onboarding of portfolio brands, ensuring a fast, seamless process that enables brands to go live and immediately see value on the Wolf & Badger platform from approval to activation.
Brand Success: Relationship Management: Check in regularly and gather feedback from your portfolio of US & Canada brands and work cross-functionally with internal teams to address any concerns and improve the overall brand experience. Build strong relationships with brand partners and identify opportunities to improve performance, retention and engagement. Promotion and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify opportunities for brand promotion, such as participating in marketing campaigns, events and in-store pop-ups to help drive the success of your brands. Upselling: Present brands with marketing packages, retail media and physical store add-ons in order to provide them with opportunities relevant to their stage of growth and development on the Wolf & Badger platform. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Community, Ops, Marketing and Retail teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on in-store activations, organic marketing opportunities and special events, including providing hands-on ad hoc support for brands at New York in-store events. This may include occasional evening or weekend work. Churn Management: Proactively identify brands at risk of leaving and support retention through data, relationship management and direct brand conversations. Handle pause and cancel requests within your portfolio with the aim of retaining strong brand relationships.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
