Health Support Specialist

The role: Strategic Benefit Advisors is hiring a Health Support Specialist to join our Fort Lauderdale team. No previous industry experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to build confidence in the role. You’ll work directly with individuals and families, helping them understand their health coverage options, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This is a full-time, in-office position with clear opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the business.
