Now Hiring: Account Transfer Associate📍 Memphis, TN | On-Site We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of recent administrative or client services experience to join a financial-services environment.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process account transfer requests and supporting documentation Communicate with external firms regarding transfer status and requirements Verify client requests and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate Review transfer forms and authorization letters for accuracy and completeness Maintain detailed records and follow up to ensure requests are completed timely Reconcile client accounts accurately Prepare and distribute client correspondence Respond to phone, email, and mail inquiries with a high level of professionalism Perform general administrative duties, including filing, copying, and document processing Support team members and other areas during periods of high volume Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
What we’re looking for: 2+ years of recent administrative or client services experience Banking or financial-services experience preferred Strong document processing, data-entry, and reconciliation skills Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent communication and customer-service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities🏢 On-site in Memphis, TN initially, with a transition to hybrid📩 Interested?
