Pay: $18.00$21.00 per hour, based on experienceJob Duties Our client is a manufacturer of large industrial machines designed to break down wooden pallets. We're looking for a hands-on mechanical assembler who brings real mechanical skill, and their own tools, to build these machines from the ground up using blueprints and assembly drawings.
Responsibilities include: Assemble large industrial equipment using your own hand toolsRead and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings with minimal guidanceInstall, fit, and secure metal and steel componentsPerform mechanical assembly work including fastening, aligning, and adjusting partsTroubleshoot basic fit and assembly issues during the build processLift and move materials weighing up to 80 lbs. repeatedly throughout the workdayOperate a forklift as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentBackground Profile They need people with a mechanical background who can read a tape measure properly.
