This position is designed to provide a hands on exposure to sales, marketing, customer relations, and business operations while helping candidates develop valuable skills for their future careers.The Job Role:High End Detail is seeking a motivated and professional Sales, Marketing & Client Experience Intern to support our sales, front desk, customer service, and marketing operations.You will work directly with customers, respond to incoming leads, help turn inquiries into appointments, and assists with creating content that grows the High End Detail brand on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate confidently, take initiative, and bring energy and creativity to the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Relations:Communicate professionally with prospective and existing customers in person, by phone, text, and social mediaLearn our services, packages, and pricing to confidently assist customersProvide basic estimates and help convert inquiries into scheduled appointmentsFollow up with leads and identify opportunities for additional servicesMaintain a professional and welcoming customer experienceFront Desk & Operations:Welcome customers and respond to incoming calls, messages, and inquiriesSchedule and confirm appointmentsMaintain organized customer and appointment informationAssist with customer follow-up and daily business operationsMarketing & Social Media:Create and capture professional photo and video contentAssist with Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, posts, and other short-form contentDevelop creative ideas that showcase High End Detail’s services and brandSupport social media engagement, promotions, and marketing campaignsContribute ideas to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generationPreferred Qualifications:High End Detail is especially interested in current college students and recent graduates studying or interested in marketing, sales, business, communications, or related fields.Previous sales or customer service experience preferredPrevious social media, marketing, or content creation experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable creating photo and video contentFamiliarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platformsProfessional, dependable, creative, and eager to learnAutomotive experience is a plus but not requiredWhat You Will Gain:This position offers practical experience in sales, lead conversion, customer relationship management, social media marketing, content creation, and business operations.Interns will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop professional skills, build their resume, and see how their work directly supports the growth of the company.College students and recent graduates seeking meaningful, hands on business experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
