About the role

Siemens Mobility seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead quality control for engineered-to-order (ETO) projects in a hybrid Wendell, NC-based team. You will standardize QC, perform DFMEA, drive RCA with 8D/A3/5-Why, manage ECNs, and implement AI-enabled checks across CAD/ERP/PLM. You’ll also advance ISO-aligned standards and report KPIs to management. You’ll collaborate with design, manufacturing and audit teams, traveling up to 20% to support Siemens sites domestically and in Querétaro,
