About the role

The Learning Experience – Hell's Kitchen is seeking an Education Director to guide academic excellence and coach teachers across our NYC school. You will partner with the Center Director to support curriculum, classroom quality, and regulatory compliance for DOHMH/OCFS standards. As instructional leader, you’ll mentor teachers, oversee assessment documentation, and promote enrollment growth while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture focused on educational excellence.
