Starling Physicians in Hartford, CT is seeking a Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our High Risk Department. This provider will manage complex, high-risk patients who are in transition of care and/or have higher acuity, collaborating with care management staff to achieve high-value outcomes. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and shared call, with an option for a four-day work week.
