The successful candidate will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:Leading projects through all internal and external processesManaging the project lifecycle from pre-construction to commissioningUndertaking responsibility for the overall management of the project scope, schedule and costHandling key project decision-makingManaging a collaborative project team to ensure each key functional project discipline is meeting the planned project scope, schedule, and costLeading the overall project – coaching, conflict resolution, facilitation, motivation, and negotiationLeading project meetingsDeveloping, updating, and managing the project plan associated with the project lifecycleCoordinating communication and providing status updates to stakeholders as requiredAssessing project risk and proactively developing mitigation plansProactively managing project requests for information and action itemsWorking collaboratively with the project controls team to ensure project schedules and costs are managed and tracked to planEnsuring availability or seeking out adequate resources to support the projectEstablishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of workRequirements:Bachelor's degree strongly preferredA minimum of 15 years' experience in construction project managementPMP certificate desiredAbility to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as requiredProficient in analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions and consequences of proposed actions, and implementing recommendations to support project scope, schedule and cost objectivesProven experience in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)Excellent leadership, verbal/written communication, time management, interpersonal and organizational skillsUnderstanding of business environments and processesAbility to problem-solve, set priorities and meet goalsHigh levels of expertise, commitment, self-confidence and integrityCurrie & Brown is a worldwide leading physical assets management consultancy with over 100 years in business and 60 offices around the globe.
