Caregiver Responsibilities: Provide care according to the client's Plan of Care Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Take vital signs and provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Transport and escort clients to appointments and activities Observe and report changes in the client's condition Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards
