About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping customers, solving problems, and building relationships - someone who takes pride in being the front line of service and communication.
What You’ll Do:
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, quotes, product details, and shipments Provide accurate information and timely follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction Process orders and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly Proactively reach out to dealers and branch locations to introduce programs, follow up on opportunities, and convert conversations into orders Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback Support sales and operations teams with customer insights and order updates What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands‑on customer service experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Comfortable with outbound phone activity and proactive outreach Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
