Job Description:
You will report directly to our Site Lead, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location. In this role, you will impact the organization's service and repair operations by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing service delivery, and setting benchmarks for excellence in customer care. You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on an On-site work schedule. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Job Requirements:
Supervise and manage the SRO (Service and Repair Operations), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and enforce effective service and repair strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality service and repair solutions, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
