Must-Haves
Current RN license in South Carolina
5+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
Strong nursing leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to drive change and improve patient care outcomes
Experience working with diverse patient populations
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the behavioral health nursing department
Lead strategic initiatives that improve patient outcomes alongside multidisciplinary teams
Mentor and develop nursing staff in a supportive, professional environment
Ensure regulatory compliance and drive quality improvement
Manage department budgets, resources, and nurse staffing
Partner with providers to build patient-centered care plans
Nice-to-Haves
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field
5+ years in a behavioral health leadership role
